Weekly Track Titan Update

AC EVO is now on Track Titan | CW 04 Update

We’re starting our series of Track Titan updates this year with the mother of all updates: AC Evo is now supported on Track Titan and importantly, only on Track Titan.

I know, I know. The game’s launch was far from perfect and many of us are still facing gameplay issues but we are confident this will become an incredibly important title in simracing as it develops.

How we managed to do the impossible

Given it’s an early access version, the game also has its quirks on the data/telemetry side. You may have seen that several dashboard tools don’t yet support Evo or - at best - do but with key data points missing. The reason: The way the game exposes data is quite different from AC/ACC and in many cases, the data simply isn’t there. That is also why no other coaching platform or telemetry tool supports it. This is where being on Track Titan makes the difference for you.

This is a massive shout out to everyone on the team for onboarding a game that others deemed impossible to onboard until Kunos updates it. We did not have any sort of early access, got the game last Thursday and did some pretty complex sh*t to get to this stage.

All core Track Titan features work:

  • Lap times and segment deltas
  • Personalised reference laps
  • All key data charts (speed, diff to ref, pedals, steering, gears, etc.)
  • Track maps and the racing line comparison
  • AI driving tips
  • Leaderboards (this also means TT is the only place you can compete against others on in Evo - make sure to tell your friends)

How to get Track Titan working with AC Evo?

All you need is the latest version of our desktop app. Simply click “Press for update” in the bottom right corner of it or you can download it here. Once you have that installed and you’re logged in, all you need to do is drive.

Please note: It’s in beta as we can only coach you as well as the game’s data allows us to. That means missing bits of data (especially if you are pushing your PC to the limit) or times being a tiny bit off etc. will be part of the experience until the game gets better.

Let us know how you get on! Can’t wait to see those leaderboards fill up.

All the best from London,
Max
